You are invited to attend the pre-conference discussion session on Grand Challenges in R&D on Technology Enhanced Learning at the start of the 2011 Online Educa conference in Berlin. The discussion takes place on Wednesday 30 November from 10.00 till 13.00 hours.

Define challenges

The discussion on Grand Challenges in R&D on Technology Enhanced Learning is one if the activities in the STELLAR FP7 Network of Excellence and is aimed at professionals who use TEL in Continuing professional Development (CPD) and formal education.The session will start by highlighting the main TEL research challenges as they have been identified by the STELLAR team. In sub-groups, a set of topics chosen by the participants will be discussed and presented in a plenary.

Objective

The objective is to generate research questions that could lead to future R & D projects, through exchanging views and experiences on the use of TEL in educational settings.

Target Audience

If you are working with TEL in the context of in-company training or in a formal education setting, need to link to the latest R&D on TEL and intend to contribute to this in the near future, this session could be valuable to you.There are no costs for the workshop if you register as an attendee for the actual conference on Thursday and Friday.
