I'm very interested in the issue in MetaDesign of how to support (software) development and skill knowledge when designing (or undesigning?) for end user design. How can we support end user designers in reflecting on their design solutions and particularly in assessing whether these are efficient/elegant solutions?
I also wonder about how we can support much more agile communication of insights into emerging practices and requirements between end user (designers) and developers. Perhaps, we can see this happening in a bit already in places like Android Market where some app version seem to turn over very rapidly and user comments are quite often feature requests and bug reports - some more agile mechanism for making suggestions/comments/error reports/feature requests seamlessly to (public) forums at the time of use?
