Stellar - Sustaining Technology Enhanced Learning at a LARge scale -is a Network of Excellence on TEL, motivated by the need to increase the capacity of European research on TEL so to allow the European Union to achieve its goals via the Bologna Agreement and the execution of the Europe 2020 strategy.

Stellar is aimed at setting a new and critical foresight agenda for Technology Enhanced Learning. The Network operates via a series of integration instruments designed to increase the research capacity of European TEL at all levels. Such instruments act upon the backbone of an interlocking set of 3 Grand Research Challenge actions, themed as Connecting People, Orchestration and Context (see more at http://www.stellarnet.eu/programme/wp1/)
