About me
My research work is focused in faculty adoption of innovative practices based in technology-enhanced learning (TEL), especially in the field of Web 2.0. My interest in this subject has risen from my previous work experience in the educational technology field, very particularly concentrated in faculty development. During the last seven years I have worked as trainer in ICT faculty and teacher development workshops and programs, I have teach in many online courses on subjects related to pedagogy and educational technology and I have regularly collaborated in sites dedicated to the dissemination of e-learning resources and news. I have also regularly attended and presented research work at national and international e-learning events, published in scientific journals and participated in projects related to the implementation of virtual campus in developing countries (Tempus, AECID). I am currently working as a researcher at the Virtual Campus of the Basque Country University (Spain). In 2008 I joined the GIEL-ELIT research group.
