About me

Although Sebastian has gained some fair deal of experience in global business, he has now been working in academia for a couple of years, more and more becoming settled within the TEL branch and socializing with the famous and beautiful of the field.

His research has been covering many interdisciplinary aspects ranging from usability and human-computer-interaction to the paradox of standardization, climaxing in the field of game-based learning, for example with application in the medical domain.
He is currently holding a position as researcher at CELSTEC, the Netherlands, trying to convince the bosses to award him a PhD degree.

His background is a Master's degree in Computer Science (Cryptography), plus the retro aspect of having started using computery in the stone-age, 25 years ago.

He is an Austrian/German connoisseur of fine cuisine and culture, and takes pride in good values like hospitality, social spirit and a sharp sense of humor.
